Sense Of Patriotism! A Nigerian Use The National Pledge As A Poem by JimsonJaat001(m): 2:21pm On Jan 09, 2016
I pledge to Nigeria,my country
To face anything on her behalf with courage, effontery and bravery
To stand by- whether I am less needed or she needs me most
To make her Great Britain; no matter it cost.

To be faithful,loyal and honest
To do within my power for her nothing but my best
To always hold The Truth as my warrant
To run for her whether notice or unnoticed, progressive errant.

To serve Nigeria with all my strength
To give her one hundred percent of me with no curve or bent
To always seek the best for her as long as I breath
To hold her to my very heart and part with it not even for a second breath.

To defend her unity
No matter how the future seem cloudy, stormy and full of uncertainty
To regard every Nigeria's son and daughter as my kin
To do for them the very best of my very self, and if possible everything.

To uphold her honour and glory
To add my success story to the book that carry her heroes' story
I vow to make Julius Caesar's victory and sacrifice for her
And to be one of those that live and die for her.

So help me,God
To be for her, till the last drop of my blood and breath, like a spinal cord
To do those good and sweet things I plan to do for Mother Nigeria
To fulfill my vow before I breath my last for my country,Nigeria.

nice job man.
But I think u shud work more on perfecting the rhyme. All those repetition of rhyming words could be removed if u think carefully.
