82 million was spent to cook for him and the self righteous and selective critique soyinka opened his 32 and smiled at Amaechi. If na jonathan spend that amount for dinner party he will speak grammer and write a poem about jonathan. Professor when no know himself 11 Likes |

I wonder why some shameless idiots on this platform are wailing about N82 million spent on an epic event of many dimensions by the former governor of rivers state, Rotimi Amaechi. Reasonable Nigerians believe the explanation given by the former governor. The expenditure is better and purposeful than the wasteful spendings by Jonathan and his 40 PDP thieves as well as the sharing of N100 million by PDP Board of Trustees Chairman, Anenih, to corrupt parties, groups and individuals like Olu Falae! If empty-head Wike and his group of wailers mean business, they should charge Amaechi to court or publish the related documents on the N82 million expenditure! Amaechi still remains a saint until convicted by a competent law court in or outside Nigeria! |

E[why should Metuh show how he spent the money? Have u asked the "cooks", "dancers" and others to show how they spent their monies? U can't compare Metuh with ibim] But Metuh did not say he spent 400 million organizing anything. Mrs. Ibim Semenitari has documents, invoices and receipts showing how the N85million was spent. Even though the amount is exhorbitant, it is covered. According to the Nigerian Federation, what a state decide to spend its money on is its own business, as long as it is legally covered. Now, ask Metuh to show documents on how he spent N400 million of arms money meant to fight boko Haram. The money allegedly stolen by Metuh is Federal Money and not state money, so naturally the federal govenment would want to recover its stolen money.[ |

kk and some gullible and hypocritical fellows will still see nothing wrong with this 87mil would have completed one or two abandoned projects of Amaechi but he decided to waste it on an individual who have not added value to any individual in rivers state, after buhari will still come out and tell us he didnot appoint ministers that will bring shame to him,can someone now tell me with all this corruption cases hanging on amaechi, fashola, fayemi and cos necks what they are by the end of four years of buhari Nigerians will see real corruption that we will find it difficult compering it with previous administration we are watching 3 Likes |

All to host a god, Wole Soyinka, while Rivers people siddon de look. All the Wole journeys and his being hosted by Amaechi government was for Amaechi to join APC. Amaechi in APC amounted to sell out to an average Rivers man, perhaps, except @ the Bacarnisters the clueless. 1 Like |

Hmmm, so much for 'change' and it's agents. 82m naira gone just for one night! What did they eat there? Human beings Haba! This is not about receipts or 'documents' showing money spent but on the morals of squandering such a monumental, gigantic, frightening, 'epileptogenic' amount for a 'dinner'. The silence of the whole thing is certainly deafening!! Wao! |

#TonyeBarcanista, oya draft the charges for this Wole who came to Rivers state to liberate you from your neighbours who may exploit you if you share one country that is not Nigeria with them. Nnamdi Kanu and Co. who plan to liberate the Barcas of south south from mini-slavers, Barca was writting treason charges for federal government against Nnamdi Kanu. Ignorance is a bliss for the Barcas. |
