I think they are right. It is obvious they successfully uploaded your details online. When the portal is opened for registration, you should be able to register.

To be honest,if your school does not approve your result before Feb,you may not be eligible,because the age is determined AS AT THE TIME OF GRADUATION which is the time your results are approved.

can prospective batch A corps members now check for theirs?? If yes,is the number correct? If yes did you write and pass jamb? If yes proceed to Your school complain. Some people go straight to JAMB Hq abuja

depends on what you used for WAEC/NECO. Is the calculated age in your WAEC/NECO?

Pls i want to know if i can select two states from the same geopolitical zone during my Nysc registration.
For instance Oyo and Ogun are from south west can i still select the two states as first and second choice during my Nysc registration.

You can't bro,but you can choose two or even three states from the northern part of Nigeria because they constitute 3 Geo-political zones like the North East which have Taraba,Adamawa,Borno,Gombe and Bauchi
North West : Sokoto,Zamfara,Kebbi,Kaduna,Kano,Jigawa.
North Central : Abuja,Nassarawa,Plateau,Niger and Benue States
SouthWest : Oyo,Ondo,Ekiti,Osun,Ogun,Lagos
South South : Bayelsa,Edo,Akwa Ibom,Rivers,Cross-River States.
SouthEast: Abia,Imo,Enugu,Anambra and Ebonyi States.
That's the little i know about the Geo-Political zones in Nigeria.

HOUSE OF REPS PASSES BILL SEEKING INCREMENT OF CORPS MEMBERS ALLOWANCE!
The House of Representatives, yesterday passed for third reading a Bill for an Act seeking to amend the National Youth Service Corps Act 2004 which will bring about an increment in the allowance earned by Corps members in the country.
The Bill which also seeks to provide mandatory life insurance to Corps members was sponsored by Hon Joan Mrakpor, of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, from Delta State. It was unanimously adopted by members.
Passage of the Bill would enable corps members who have acquired special business skill from the Service to have access to loan.
Mrakpor, while calling on his colleagues to support the passage of the bill, said the essence of the Bill’s amendment was to ensure that the aim of the NYSC scheme was not defeated and it would reduce the number of graduates relying on white collar jobs in the country.
Following its passage, the House referred the Bill to the adhoc committee on constitution review for further legislative input.

Hello please I graduated last year November and I am above 30 I want to apply for an exemption certificate what are the requirements the documents I need and how do I go about it thank you.

I have a problem. When registering for my JAMB, i used the name Ekenechukwu. But the name i used to register in my school was just Ekene. There are no conflicts in my other names. Will there be a problem with JAMB verification when my name is sent to NYSC.
