Without the Govt approving the borrowing, it wouldnt get approval from world bank.. No?

World bank loan are low interest loan of less than 5% interest

Actually its 1.5% interest for 25yrs. When faahola was explaining it in th FEC meeting he said the initial agreement was @ 0.5% interest for 40yrs but

because of the delay in FG approving the loan, it was reviewed downward to 25yrs and the interest rate increased. He also said something about a

monetarium? Of ten yrs initially, but that was also reviewed downwards to 5yrs (i think a period of grace before the state start paying back the loan)
