No coldstreet in Dubai weather in Dubai is hot from 32 degree to 42 degree so who tell u abt coldstreet?

Dubai is very cold at Night in fact it could drop to 4 degrees or lower if your not careful. Everyone in Dubai wears a sweater or Thick Jacket in the evenings to avoid getting cold. If you hangout with shorts and tshirts alone you could freeze to death. Avoid that misconception that Dubai is only Hot.

What can one possibly invest such amount in ,without actively involved? please your reply wil be appreciated

Na Yellow pasture you go see o embarassed embarassed

But really 400k is quite small. For now, if you can invest the money in Naija, I think it's a lot better.
Then afterwards, when you have enough and you still wish to travel, then you can.

Remember it's better to have something to fall back on, than spending all you have on uncertainty.

If 5percent of our youths have just 50percent of your brain,Naija go better. With less than that amount,I know guys who invested and are now makin it here in Nigeria.Invest in Nigeria.
imagine 400 thousand naira?
let that hustling spirit he thinks he can develop in Dubai let him apply it to Nigeria.
In Dubai he might end uo working in a poultry as one person posted above yet he cant work in a poultry in Nigeria.
Most Nigerian guys who go to dubai sleep in markets, some of them push trucks for a barrows for a living in dubai under harsh weather conditions, Nigerias temperature is hot but dubai is worse, they subject thereselves to slavery because they are searching for greener pastures.

Most comments are insulting probably because u opened up and told them how much u have which is breeding jelousy cuz they are dead broke.

You are not the first or last person who will seek for greener pastures. Dubia is stressful especially when it comes to getting a job. you will most likely get menial jobs like being a gateman and the pay is not lucrative like it would have been in the us,uk and co

If you are a university graduate with 2.1 or stll planing to go to the university. I would advise you to apply for masters or undergraduate studies in Canada. its not expensive because most Canadian schools give scholarship and GRE ,TOEFL is not needed. You are allowed to work while studying off campus unlike us schools and also apply for citizenship after your studies and work fully, unlike Us schools which give a "cap gap". . Do not go through agents they will do the same thing you can do and charge you 1million naira. Just go to the school website and apply,if you are not computer friendly you can go to the can go to d cyber cafe

University of Manitoba and university of Regina have low tuitions

I will really appreciate y'all advices and suggestions

Thanks

I would advice you not to simply because 400k isn't enough for the cost of living in dubai. Plus you will need a job and a sponsor to go work there legally or you will need to be renewing your visiting visa which isn't sustainable looking at your bank account. However, you are free to do what you feel is better for you.

The money is enough but I can tell u .. Is better u manage it here than spending on going there and u end up running up and down from police or u end up on a molden day slavery in hands of pheros of our time. Industrial work of 60k naira monthly salary . be wise. And be warn .

And mind you this rate na just cbn rate oh, bank can NEVER charge you at 138, abi them no go make profit, so e fit be like 160.
Meanwhile, this is just tuition ooo, you no go pay for accomodation, feeding or even books Oga dose schools no cheap abeg!

Bros my advice to you is to forget about dubia now cus that 400k is just your transport fair...try and buy a new keke napp for 400k, to it to garage and start driving it your self! If u hire somone ur income is 4k per day...in less dan 6month you ur condition will change for good and if you are a serious type 6month is enof for you to get another keke
