To build a stadium like the one in Uyo,it has to be built in a new site away from Ahia-ohuo. There's a plan for that but the governor has not really said when it will commence.

Understand that their falling out led to some Abia funds being held hostage in Diamond Bank coffers as retaliation by Alex, causing the backlog of salary payment.
