@ OP, please ask her when the issue started, if it's from birth, situation might be a hormonal problem especially if she is the last born or her parents (mother in particular) were advanced in age when they had her.
People do go for the hormone injection to boost it's level in the body so Get her to see a good doctor asap.

If on the other hand it isn't from birth/ when she was young, then it might be a symptom of something more serious.
In any case see a doctor.

Marriage is picking a wrapped gift, you make do with whatever you find after unwrapping, best you can do is look closely before selection.

You can see this as a chance to permanently seal her love and respect for you by helping her find a solution or you can do otherwise.

I have seen also a guy in his early 20s who urinates on the bed...but we noticed that it was highly related to his starchy food intake and the time of the night he takes such foods as garri, rice, yam, etc and the quantity he takes them. For instance, taking garrison around 10pm means urinating on the bed that night so we had to check those things , and by God's grace for a long time now he has not urinated on the bed. Op, you can look out for such too......Gos help you.

Dear OP, this could be a medical problem. you need to sit her down and ask her questions especially about her past. Was she sexually abused as a child? Bedwetting could also be a spiritual problem. What kind of thoughts does she engage in? If she engages in too much immoral thoughts then you can as well trace it to that. On the issue of child abuse, it has a way of affecting ones life if not properly handled.
Sit her down and ask her questions, meanwhile visit the hospital for medical solution if need be.

Ask her so many questions about her past. I know of a friend with similar issue. She said her's started the day she had anal service ( penetration from the anus). Some ladies enjoy this, but there has been reported cases of bladder overload and puncture attributed to this. Let her see a doctor, this might help.
