My capital is owerri but enugu takes the cake as the best SE city in beauty.

This picture is very old, is this not ogui road, Presidential road junction? Where is the yollow box and traffic light in your pix? Look at how that junction looks like now in the second pix.

IMO... Sullivan Chime's regime is the best thing that happened to Enugu state. I was there during Nnamani's tenure as gov. all I can say about that regime was massive looting of public funds.
