Are aware the the charges against them are not for child's play??...for government to get whole of this kind of people, they mst throw charge against you again once you meet you 1st bail condition.... To me I Dnt knw abt you,the government are wise......if the claim that the government disobeyed court order they shuld meet the second bail condition.... It may Also interest you to knw that even if they meet a second bail condition another charge will be thrown against them, hence rearrested.this set of people need to be on the watch and that what the government is doing..... They are given access to legal advice, medicals, food etc.so to me I don't see Why the shuld be in a haste to leave There since they claim they are innocent.... They are not tortured,so Why in a haste? 1 Like |

Nobody is above the law but that person can go down dragging the economy with him.... This dude has the money.... The means .... The connection and experience..... He was negotiating black market arm deals for Nigeria and that allow makes him dengerous .... We better handle this with care ..... Just yesterday Venezuela declared herself economic emergency why? Because the same thing that has been our problem is the same this is their problem... Oil |

NewGombawa: How many you don farm this year..... Keep deceiving yourself in support of what you don't know .... I swear .... If saudi Arabia see opportunities to help destabilize Nigeria especially the ND ... They would help because the zero production in Naija will surge up their market prices at the world level..... Remember our capital income is based on what ? ..... |

LordAdam: Yeah! That reminds me of that cartel drug "god" in Mexico (forgotten his name). How was caught "in" Mexico. This dude was rated in billion $, far above what tompolo could imagine. But he was still caught. I believe, with this bombings of multinational facilities, tompolo could be declared wanted nationally, though he might deny the bombing activities, the fact that he's refusing court invite (thanks to PMB), he could be declared wanted. Besides, isn't there a transnational agreement that when there is a "suspected" case against a person in his home country, then the country he's currently resident should give him up? Just like when Osama bin laden ran to Pakistan during his days, the Pakistani PM to come in to defend Pakistan stake in the search. |

abumeinben: You have a point. But remember that Mexico is not Nigeria. Tompolo is taken as a freedom fighter by his people, The Mexican drug lord is taken as a ruthless criminal who kills with reckless abandon. He has denied his involvement in the bombing officially, but he is still declare wanted because he has flouted court orders, but the question is does the military have the jurisdiction to arrest a person being tried for a civil case? Only the police have that right (to the best of my knowledge). The military can only wade in when Tompolo attacks any installation or facility that is tantamount to destabilizing the security balance of the nation. Even then, they would have to be careful because Tompolo is not your average armed robber, he is a war lord. In world politics, if you don't have the military and economic might, you can not force another country to honor an agreement. E never even reach time for Tompolo to run. Make we dey watch sha. All this one na my own analysis. Na stand I dey, doz wen dey d field nai know the koko wela. I am just hoping PMB can resolve this without leading to avoidable loss of life and property. Because seriously, na him start am. If him be dey follow rule of law, Tompolo for don see reason to go answer him name for court, return go house. -Lord |

PMB should realize that Politics is different from being a general.... Americans struck deals with Iran, even pay Israel and Egypt $3b each year for nothing, they also lick the butts of Saudis just to have political stability in the region..... My point is this.... There people you don't fight like that .... It might work on the short term but the result will be long term..... Tomopolo is case that he should handled with care... Maybe going after his money... Assets... Business, damage his image through paid mainstream and cramping his business structure so that he will be freeking weak before going to him in the open It is in the interest of OPEC if Nigeria can have a zero crude export because it will balance the book with the Saudi Arabian extra 1m barrels which will in turn surge up the crude prices at the world level.... Thus alot oil producing countries will hope that Iran fails in her nuclear deal agreement in other to limit the flow of oil since there I strong indication that Israeli Air force may visit Lybia in the coming weeks to cut off the oil fields that Isis controls over there..... As you can see all this will in return make bunkering in Niger delta a very profitable business..... And harm Nigeria economy to Zero. I think the presidency is totally lost it considering the state of the economy you are looking to declare Nigeria a state of emergency economy just like Venezuela did.... Venezuelan president was busy forming super man while the country was nose diving to hell..... Most Nigerians think that they are helping Mr president with praise at all time even when things are bad.... You are simply messing the old man up.... Be critical of him whenever he fails and praise when necessary. 1 Like |

In this country, there r laws n these laws where made for total obedience n not in disobedience. Moreso, these laws where made for observance by every body n not for some people. In Nigeria every citizen are equal before d law and every body must irrespective of ur status in d society must as a matter of fact observe and or observance of d rule of law. No individual is bigger than his country n u can not fight ur country, doing so is tantamount to suicide mission. I implore Tompolo to humbly as a matter of fact submit himself to the rule of law,the can not fight d battle he's trying to initiat against d state. Attempting to make it a regional thing by dragging the Niger Delta into his personal issue is an attempt to incite the region Niger Delta against d Federal Govement which in it self a seriouse criminal offence under d constitution of d federal republic of nigeria 1999 as amended. Tompolo should go answer and clear his name of d criminal allegations against him if he claims his hands are clean after all wen he was enjoying d loot,he never consider whether or d Niger Delta question has been addressed. He should and his cohort carry their cross n not drag d Niger Delta Region into it.. |

My father once told me that it is not wise for a powerful man to pick quarrel with many people at the same time. To rule a complex country like Nigeria, you will need the wisdom of OBJ, the humility of GEJ, the fearlessness of PMB and the cunningness of IBB. 1 Like |
