It means you cannot use your cards in Europe and America because of naira devaluation. So if you intend to travel, inform them ahead of time

Yes. I make use of my Domiciliary (USD) account and the Dollar Debit Card attached to it. Though i would soon be getting a Credit Card though.

It means that the use of your card will be banned in non EMV compliant countries. EMV compliance refers to the extra security layer provided by the chip and pin. In the US their atm machines still operate on the old standards which is the magnetic strip. Nigeria recently just migrated from the magnetic strip to chip and pin a few years ago. So it's not a general restriction, only in countries that don't support EMV, which the US IS one.
