Just ask them. No do shakara. Use them as u like as you get belle so cos trust me when you born, after the whole gooey feeling of a newborn in the family has worn off, dem no go reach your side o

About the househelp.
If you can get a cleaner in a school. I know that they do weekend jobs. Clean the whole house, wash clothes ( or better still use a machine, the semi automatic one is like 30-50k at LG).
Cooking is optional

Or be like me
- I cook soups once a month. Ogbono, egusi, eforiro, egusi ijebu (5 portions each), plenty ewedu and refrigerate. ( to keep the freshness, refrigerate while it os still very hot)That way I dont get to cook weekly. Only stew which is a sharp sharp thing.
- I always machine wash. If NePa like,let dem take light for 2 weeks.
- I clean before the house gets dirty. Pick dirts, wipe tables, arrange ...and arrange so YES , I can go a full week before sweeping. And guess who sweeps? My husband. He helps @ home too.
- Breakfast is always cereal. For everybody. It reduces the time I have to spend with the cooker. I dont get to cook till like 11/12 on weekends.
- I got a Sexondary School teenager to iron my clothes and wash my car. I pay him a token weekly. I cannot waste valuable time @carwash and ironing makes me dizzy.
- Someborri picks my beans for me. I buy plenty and beg plenty ppl to come and pick beans. It can last for almost 2 months as long as its in the deep freezer.
- I love kitchen appliances. If these 4 spoils, I dont wait a week till I get a new one.
Blender ( blends sharp sharp pepper, crayfish an peels beans for Saturday moimoi )
Rice cooker. Cooks rice without burning. Cooks yam, beans, indomie...name it. So I can put food in it and dont have to keep checking that its not burning. Will also warm all frozen foods.
Deepfryer(my most prized) fries neatly and no need to turn or hide for hot oil. Very fast too, 3 minutes can fry dodo/ chips so far the oil is hot.
Electric kettle....eba straight in 5 minutes.
Buh all na if light dey, my ppl no dey chop dodo if we no get light o, na boil I go boil for them.
- I also declutter the house like every 3 months. No junk anywhere. If you see me keep anything, na wetin my pikin use remain or go still use.
My husband sef dey always fight me say I too dey dash ppl things.
If there is no junk, trust me there will be no need to clean everytime.

So I woke up this morning, wiped after peeing to see brownish substance. I went straight to the hospital and my doctor requested a scan, instructed that I rest and avoid kpekus till after first trimester. Did anyone go through something similar?

Meanwhile, the scan put my EDD for August not September like I thought.

Hello.... I had d brown discharge as well, twice!, although I got fibroids, but it was nothing as long as ist brown not red and very little, m 27 weeks now. Rest well though

My own MS was also terrible. I was admitted several times. Just try and find any light food you can take down else you'll be depriving your baby of nutrients. Try peppersoup and unripe plantain.
Talk to your doc about Navidoxine (B6). It's what helped me at the long run. The day i started taking it, the terrible symptoms stopped.
Generally, don't stay too long without food cus it makes it worse. I know its easier said than done. But soon it'll be over

My siblings are like that and me I have told myself I won't beg them to help out again, cos I won't be there when they need me I promise myself.

Washing machine do the washing. I will try the cleaner for sweeping and cleaning surfaces. I like mopping weekly and it weakens me, there is a school close to me, I will shadow one of the cleaners.

I really love the suggestions.

Olabankemi, for help, wat I did is get some1 dat comes twice a week, n I pay monthly, working so far. Its not been easy, me I cant even do anything, only manage to cook, no family member around talk less of asking dem to come.
Pls mamas dat dont v serious isues in ur pregnancy never forget to always thank God. N those that do have thank God as well. Almost wished for a walking stick yesterday! And me nor dey hear word, stay 1 place n rest, na outside( pharmacy) my mind go dey.
Might eventually seek out a stay in house help so I wont have to always be alone at home, its really depressing at times
By d way i run a pharmacy store at opebi, a good one so pls........ help a sis out. we got wide range of quality drugs .

My glorious birthstory
It all started on d 13th of Jan.woke up 5am to bloody show n mild contractions, FTM& tinx we carried our Ghana must go n off we went straight 2 labour ward.
My EDD is supposed to b today 17th January.
On arrival a vjay exam was done(very uncomfortable just like d HSG I did April last year) and was told "madam go n rest ure just 2cm dilated..however labour can commence ASAP or take few more days so come back immediately u feel d pains have skyrocketed.
So I and my gang dat escorted me carried our load back home. Note that I purposely went for final baby shopping on d 12th so I can do d trecking of my life.one granny had to chase me from d market saying if she leave me I will walk past her shade a 100 times n chances are dat I might deliver there as baby's engagement is so obvious.I really came home exhausted,cooked and stocked fridge same night,cleaned...I knew baby was so close.I finally munched on pineapples,n went 2 bed.
I cudnt believe my ears wen Dr said 2cm I was like 2cm and I'm in pains wat will happen at 5cm & above then I returned home and continued with sugar cane I chop faya commot from SUGARCANE & DABINO(among d list of natural foods that enciurages labour given to me by an experienced mama and since dey dont hurt to try I got involved ).I later slept off around 1pm.was woken up by contractions around 2pm stronger than d mornings own but I managed them cos I didn't want to return there and b sent back again saying contractions aren't strong enough 2 establish labour.
Fast forward to evening.since mama told me not to sleep wen contracting but to move around I got up and started walking round d building severally.DH returned from work n met me walking he joined me.he later suggested we play ball.he got one and d game began I started having fun and contractions vanished. I was so angry as I tot I was upgrading d contractions so I can return 2 hospital immediately .I finished my last pineapple and went 2 bed around 8pm.hubby was chatin with our neighbour outside wen I slept off.I was awakened by this mind blowing contraction around 9pm I scream he name taya no answer,i struggled ouuta bed called n told him i tink its d real tin so they took me back to d clinic same day in d evening around 9.45pm.what happened immediately we got to d labour ward Hmmmm mothers pray everyday oooo till u deliver that the wrong DR or NURSE must not be on duty during ur set time of delivery IJN.baby calls...will type other episodes soonest

mehn at 21 weeks am yet to have a big baby bump oooo, i dont get to have a pregenant people priviledge and its really annoying.yesterday the receptionist at the hospital mistakenly book me for pelvic scan instead of obstetrics because she taught was not pregenant

My clinic gave me: vit c, mumfer, calcium, folic acid and one other tab to avoid early contraction (dr told me the name but can't remember) also written on the tab bag but can't spell out what is written. Are these enough?

Personally: I bought pregnacare but I hadly use it considering the above I am already using, I use it only when I forget to use morning dosage of the above given.

My inlaw who is a doctor sent me: mumfer and ferrous fumarate+folic acid.

My inlaw said I could use the ferrous fumarate instead of pregnacare that they both work same.

Please what combo is best? Or please share your combos.

Note: mumfer is iron supplement.

Twinpapa, are you averse to getting a Mouth Action till you erupt? Most importantly, hope madam doesn't mind giving you some. If that doesn't work, can you put her boobs together to form a hole of sorts? Note: For any of these to work, madam has to be agreeable.

Make sure you set the mood right, help out with chores, give her a good massage, that's always a good place to start from, while oiling and massaging concentrate on her g spots, erogenous zones; sha try and get her in the mood.

Above all, please be patient. Pregnancy can be pretty difficult, no need adding more to the mix.
