Please with the exception of termination of ones appointment, what are the consequences if a bank investigates and notices a staff falsify his/her age.

And how can one prevent banks from knowing ones actual age as unemployment is really biting hard.

if the bank wants to check for falsification of age ....they will do that before u are given an employment letter. it's only verification of certificates and references that take much time. ....so may have already started working before they will conclude such investigations, and if they find out u lied....all roads leads to yard!!!

This is not entirely true. I know a verification officer, he travels a whole lot.
Sometimes he goes to the primary schools of the candidates to get their real ages, at that stage, I don't really think anyone would have thought of lying on any of their documents. And most times, these persons are already working.

from my experience. ... employers usually ask for WAEC certificate and birth certificate. ...and check for validity of such there and then.

and in addition if u are presenting an age declaration. ..they will check that it is not very new. ..as in not done for the sole purpose of getting that job

Banks go beyond that, there's too much 'oluwole' in the system, I'm writing from experience. Banks and multinationals.
But banks are more interested in age and guarantors.
Multinationals focus on the authenticity of the results.

If you are to plan falsifying your age, take this. You need to write your WAEC (GCE) with that false age. Before that you should do declaration of age. Most primary government school don't put age on their certificate.
If you want more steps on how to do falsify your age without any body knowing, just let me know.

shocked hope the false age will be on your WAEC result too, don't forget to put the fake age on your international passport. If u die next year, what age will they use on your obituary poster? People won't think of the implications of their actions. Na wa!

What if you dont have WAEC certificate and you are using NECO certificate as NECO does not prescribe date of birth on there certificates.
