1. Yes it is possible,but the chances are very slim.Only if you have someone who works in servicom's dept in Nysc,cause they are the one's responsible in handling all online posting.I got an info from an insider ,who told me that they monitor they server/screen from the Dg's office.

2.Not all Nysc officials has the direct link to see or go through PCM's details.But a highly placed official can do so.Howbeit,if your insider is such who can maneuver any office ,he/she can get his hand on your details.

Like I once said, it's all about INTEGRITY TEST because when the unexpected happens, they will claim that the heading of TT drafted reads 'Proposed'

Besides, since it hasn't required our direct involvement, so they felt they should still delay it a bit pending the approval of the budget because there is plan on ground to Pass out Batch A15 this February and pay them 2 months in advance instead of waiting for April POP
