Agriculture is a goldmine, but unfortunately .............

. Shelter or housing is an important human need........ . . .The real-estate sector is huge,....... if governments and investors plan to build just 1 million housing units within 2 years..........

Great thread, unfortunately the number of unemployed graduates and sacked experienced workers is on the increase. A friend who is a management staff at visafone lost his job almost 3 weeks ago, a neighbour who works at Oando withdrew his 3 kids from a highbrow school to a pocket-friendly school.

We need to commit affairs of our country into God's hands, business owners and their customers are not smiling at all. We still have outstanding debt of over 500k in our primary school section and almost 700k in our secondary school section for 1st term which ended on 18th December 2015.
I have tried all tricks to make the debtors pay up, but the response is not encouraging. School owners/managers who have zero to negligible debt profile in their schools should please share the tricks which they are using during this period of global economic brouhaha and business uncertainty.

I never knew there were private schools that could pay a corps member 40,000 naira, all the while, I dreaded being posted to a school not knowing I was blocking my luck. All thanks to my LGI after one organization almost conned me into marketing for just 10k. I am so happy. Despite them saying there was no longer vacancies, my LGI fixed me there.
