Hello nairalanders i need you people view on this..
my name is
i took jamb this year and i think i did a mistake in my name..the grouping of the names from jamb was like this ,surname,middlename,last name
and my i fill the form like this
..thinking should me my last name and it should come last..
To my greatest suprise my i went to collect my form today the name other was ..pls can anybody tell me what to do about this error..thanks

Go and complain to the people where u filled the form. If nothing can be done, it's advisable to just use it all through ur stay in skul and even in ur P.Utme as it's in the Jamb printout.
Coz ure gonna be using it like that till u grad and any change can affect ur nysc later on

there's nothing much you can do except writing to jamb about it but don't get your hope high,most government parastatals are manned by some of the laziẹ́st people on earth! they'll simply tell you to either assume the name in the sequence it reflects or you go get a new form.

just get an affidavit
