Well, from the evidence before me, there is nothing of that nature because as at DECEMBER 28th and 29th 2015 from the twitter handle below which clearly shows that the handler is very much aware of all the expected changes in the program of event as evident on the official TT never indicated such on his tweets

Coupled with the fact that it wasn't reflected in the important information on the guidelines and requirements for registration which the 3rd picture represents
