By your own definition, would boyfriend, girlfriend and nephew be called a Family?
Your used both the terms 'fiancee' and 'wife'. I do hoe you know both have different legal implications? That being said, how would it be ok for an unmarried /yet to be married woman to change the name on her passort? To pass off as his wife or after they are married or just because she likes the name? (3rd option is possible sha. One can change her name legally for the heck of it. But that dosent mean they are married)
Nobody can tell you anybody's chance of getting a visa except the vo standing in front of them.
U asked for candid advice.I have candid questions. Why is an unmarried couple travelling with a kid not theirs? Is either of them his legal guardian or they just be kind like that?

Check the US website.For dropbox all you need is the ds 160 confirmationpage, passport pix and Int. Passport

Yes, they're traveling for tourist.
The Little boy's Parents are USA Citizens and ask that they bring the boy along.

So the GF wants to change her name for JUST VISA PURPOSES?
That presupposes that her intentions are not genuine

Anybody is eligible for a visa in the sense that anybody can aplly.it is now for you to convince the vo that you will return at the end of your stay.

If they conceal this information, or do not provide it unprompted up front, they may receive permanent bans from receiving US visas in the future.

I believe the column for book nos can be grayed out /is not Compulsory

I want to enter through JFK but I'm actually going to Atlanta,GA I've made arrangement to fly to ATL through the local flight. Hope I won't face any yawa at NYC POE.

Please help!!!!!!! I had my interview since the 15th of December and was issued the visa but till date, my passport isn't ready for pick up....I have called them 3 times and they keep telling me to hold on and check the status on their 'caec' website which states issued and updated since 17th dec...what do I do now? Tired of calling them and getting same response. I will cry o.

No no no, I don't think so. JFK is a soft poe where u won't really be drilled. The officers there row really nice

They re likely carrying out an underground check, I see no problem in that, and if issues arises, u might be called for another interview, but not likely

You will get it this week or next week because they've started clearing the backlog. sorry about that.. all will be fine.
