That being said, I would have been glad if Giroud had buried that sitter.

If Elneny can live up to expectation, it will free up Ramsey for a more attacking role. As Sanchez returns, he and Campbell will then share the responsibility of the RW. Our midfield should be

Flamini, Elneny;
Ramsey, Ozil, Sanchez;

Campbell becomes a super sub while Walcott continues to support Giroud at CF.

Talking about Walcott, he looks like shit on the LW.

Campbell has been great so far. His improvement really covered our lack of key players.

I've already explained why Ramsey plays on the wings. He is there to help Cazorla and Coquelin, without Him there they can't do sh*t. We saw that when he was out for weeks and your Cazorla was clueless. Ramsey is not a winger but a box to box midfielder, get him the right DM not the Flamini type. Have you thought about how Cazorla would perform with Flamini with Him in midfield? It will be a disaster. That tells you the quality of Aaron Ramsey. SHALOM.

Ramsey on the wing is a no no for me its just like ozil on the wing.
He neither scores,assist nor create chances from the flanks, no pace to run at defenders, and often moves to the middle, which makes us pass,posses and no penetration.

I maintain that Rosciky,Ramsey and wishere are the best box to box we have, as they are energetic, runs to and fro the picth, look at Ramsey tackle that lead to the goal at Aston villa, he started the tackke,attack and goal and that is good for the Epl

See the same with rosciky against danny rose of spurs and he went ahead to score, good again for English football..

Ozil and carzola has the brains and technique and the offesnsive mildfield position is their besr position, they assist and score(carzola) alot from the position,

but wenger with his problem will want to accomodate them all by shifting ozil to wing for wilshere at 10,Ramsey to wing for carzola in the middle..

Ramsey just needs to be talked to for some of his selfish and indivudual glory style of football , not covering in time.

and/or he be punished on the bench if he persists.

For the people asking why Santi starts over Ramsey, I hope today answers your question. Ramsey for all his hustle and running is simply not as creative as Santi. All he and Ox did was run all day without end product. Joel Campbell was the only one making creative and penetrating passes. Can't wait for Ozil and Alexis to come back for the chelsea game.

Couldn't agree more. Its not like we are lacking heavily in midfield. Ninja needs time to learn more about our game instead of just throwing him into the mix in blind gamble.

Look at Gabriel for instance... Slow Mertesacker still benches him on a daily simply because he's yet to fully understand our game.

A few subs and FA cup starts won't be a bad idea IMO

Ok. Let's throw him into the mix then. It's the same fans that will come out and criticize him and then blame Wenger for buying him when he has his first bad game.

I'm not saying Elneny isn't good, all I'm saying is that we fans should be patient with Wenger if he doesn't play him. Swiss league is very different from the EPL. The position he plays has very little margin for error. You can lose the ball as a striker and still hope your midfield or defence will win it back but lose it as a DM and the opposition may have only the goalkeeper to beat.
Even Ozil needed a whole season to blend in. Throwing him into the mix at Stoke (as some suggested) or against Chelsea may not be a good idea (unless ofcourse we have no choice). Let's wait till we play FA Cup, give him the opportunity to blend into the team and league.

You either have it or you don't have it as a player. All these silly excuses some of you Arsenal fans are spewing is ridiculous.

A good example is Alexis Sanchez. He played a full season for Barcelona, went straight to the World Cup, joined Arsenal, played a fantastic season for us (without pre-summer training), thereafter went for Copa America, playing all the way into the final, returned to Arsenal and immediately played in our first match this season against West Ham.

No excuses were made that Sanchez needs time to blend in with the team.

As for me, this new Arsenal should be men who are ready to play and work their socks off for this team not men we are pampering their legs and making up excuses for.
