Totally unnecessary gesture if you ask me, I think, Looking at where we are now as a nation, economically, poor state of infrastructures and industrial development, education and health sector, security, job creation, and power generation......... You'd understand that if the Nigerian senate gave the slightest damn about the state of the nation, the idea of entertaining an artiste or artistes would not even find a place in their brains talk more of having a place in their schedule. Receiving artistes, is good in the sense that it encourages the entertainment industry, but this is not the time, at all Oh Well, this is the Nigerian senate, where anything goes. |
