@the bolded, you ought to have lodged your complaints to the customer care unit immediately this happened. They might not cancel the bet(s) but they will be aware of the situation should the bets win.

The rules are there for all to see sir. Before you start placing any form of bet on the website, you are advised to go through them atleast once. Why will i treat Malaria if i don't have one? That's exact thing when the system refuses to treat a losing bet. Its lost anyways. It happens everywhere bro. Becareful not to get down the road.

I really dont know your situation cos I have neither your username or the bets in question. But nonetheless, you seem to be saying it was neither your fault, nore a general problem but a system error on your account.

Normally, if thats the case- the very first bet will be left to stand, the proceeds on the other bets will be cancelled and your stake refunded. Time you logged in a report will be compared to time the match was played and same would be done if you lost the bet.
