and if any of the candidates is dead or unable or unavailable to participate in the rerun election, the party has the right to replace such candidate going into rerun.

no bro. The court verdict wasn't a rerun but a cancellation and a FRESH election to be held. If it were to be a RERUN, the candidates will still be in d race.
