My boyfriend only has PORNOGRAPHIC VIDEOS of gay men on his phone. He has close to 30 of the videos and about 100 photos of men doing each other.

I didn't want him to suspect anything, so I called him to inform him that I had collected the phone from my brother, but it has locked itself. He thanked me and asked me to meet him at his place.

You haven't checked his phone all these while but on the first time you gained access to his phone, you started looking for something to transfer. Who are you deceiving? You have been trying since but no access granted because you ladies always want to see what is in a guy's phone.

Secondly, you said he bought the phone recently. How recent was it to have downloaded all those movies and pictures? Did you investigate the download dates and compare with the date he bought the phone? You said he bought it from a friend, do you know if that friend of his was the one who has the files and your boyfriend didn't know all those things were there? Or your boyfriend knows about the files and want to query his own friend over it and keeps it as a proof?

Thirdly, if your boyfriend has anything to hide, do you think if will allow your brother fix his phone? Or even communicating his password to you and your brother?

My advice to you is to keep ruining your relationship with snooping around until your boyfriend tells you he knows about your snooping and ends the relationship with you.
