Myn was bk in 2010 after d pain got unbearable my dad took me to d hospital and was on admission fr 5 days after wc i was told i wud undergo surgery. But due to fear i skipped d surgery. After 2 days in d hospital d pain went and swelling went down drastically afta series of injections and drips.
Fastforward 1 month i noticed dat d affected scotrum shrinked till it was not bigger dan a dot. Dis gv me serious concern as to bin potent dat i banged 1 of my area chicks til she got pregnant only den was i relieved. Funny tin was dat d doctor said it wasnt hernia dat it was due to an injury i sustained probably tru a sharp object that hit my testes.

Your condition is known as torsion. It's when the cords that conduct semen and other fluids twist around the blood vessels that supply the testis cutting off blood supply to the testis. This is what makes the testis swell up. You should go to the hospital immediately to see if the testis is still viable. An operation called window orchiopexy under local anesthesia might be performed to untwist the cord and restore blood supply to the testis. If left untreated for long you could loose your ball.

You probably didn't notice one of your testes was getting bigger than the other since you didn't feel any pain @ initial stage.
All you have to do is see a doc, ultrasound scan will be done before they can know what exactly it is. Could be torsion, hydrocele, endo-cylectomy e.t.c. Prepare your mind for an Operation. You will be fine

It's okay bro, studies showed that over 95% of men infected with Varicocele had total abstainess from sex i.e the don't or never have sex.
