Hi Teamsummer2016, my interview was done on 13th January 2016, i got 7 am appointment, got to the embassy pretty early around 5;13 am,ushered in around 6;30 am. i looked around i was only one for student visa,other are either for Family re-union or short visa.I was asked to wait, at exactly 7.04 am the Chinko looking Lady walked into her office and dusted her table,i was just watching lol i saw her using either hand sanitizer to clean her hands etc. She beckoned on me after she has settled like 5 minutes later.

And She asked are you for what?
I said student visa
What Course?
International Business
Give me your forms!
i gave her my 2 forms and 2 questionnaires.
Your original copies
I gave her( she checked all my forms and certificates
Your application fees!
I gave her.
She quickly printed something on her computer and handed over to me, she said your test i gave you 10 minutes to answer the questions.
i was given; square root of 144,36 and 81.
what is Pythagoras theorem,explain with the diagram and formular
Angle 45degrees,it was drawn so you have to figure out which angle
volume of cube with a diagram three sizes labelled 7,7 and 7-you can figure this out.
some simultaneous equation cant remember the equation about 3 in number
and this particular question 1/4+1/8+6/12 simplify.These all i can rememer
i solved and gave her back- in my present she marked them oo-
i was asked to go sit down,she took some documents inside and came back.
She called on me again for the oral interview,these are the questions;
what course are you going to study?why international business/i tried to relate this with what i am doing presently .
Why the chosen University? how did you find this school? which other part of Europe did you make research on this course? why didnt you choose these countries? tell me about your course? i gave her brief explanation about my course,how many credit unit,how many modules,how many semester and years,then the course modules from semester 1 to 7, i didnt allow her to ask me to name my modules so that she will know i prepared.when i started mentioning my modules she asked me to slow down,i found out she was typing them word by word,she asked me which semester i will do my project, i told her.in our 5th semester we have a semester abroad, she asked me where i will do it i told her,guys she was typing all answers.
how does your intended course relate with your previous degree?why Germany? why not an English Country?
Tell me about the city where your University is located,please know the Mayor of the city.tell me the Minister of the state.
What do you know about Germany?when was the uninification of Germany?name the 9 Countries that bordered Germany? how many states does Germany has? Name them!
later i was given SOP to write,why Germany? why Master degree/Bsc?

these are the ones i can remember.

the next day i got an email to go fund.

U can book an appointment with the slip i think....check the back of the slip..information on hw to book appointment is stated on the back of that slip.

An advise

Always try to read whatever document u re to fill or documents u receive.

No they are not! Tuition is free, they won't take care of you as well... However, avail yourself to DAAD's scholarship database and see what's on offer... Besides, a lot (not all) require a certain level of German fluency, but you don't know if you don't try...

Year old statement will only complicate things, wait till you have fresh one.
No one outside Nigeria wants NYSC certificate, it is worthless so forget it.

Go ahead and book your interview, before the given interview date, the bank will send your account balance and if not the embassy have a way of verifying your account if need be.
The earlier you book your interview the better and those booking now are getting February .
