Is not all about waiting pls the people that have gone before us should give us a hint of what to expect make we no go fall hands, though am reading some interview questions. I know God will see us through but we have to be prepared so when we meet the opportunity we take it with all pleasure.

Let us all be hopeful and keep up with positive minds....August batch doh and went tru all 4 stages...All is gonna be okay. Just keep up with the strong faith.

Well d 1st stage I had was technical/aptitude test based on ur course of study, 2nd stage was group discussion, 3rd stage was the CV based interview and lastly was d psychometric test and dt was all....still an expectant of d medical invite doh which I believe God will still do.......well urs might be same processes and might not be....dos in charge @ dangote wud decide dt.....Jst keep ur hope alive...what is urs will be urs...Just be positive and also keep doing ur normal thing..apply 4 oda jobs too and if dangote calls u can wen dey do.....All is well.

Let me do this for the benefit of the upcoming batch. All the stages had been a result of Favor I must say, but hardwork is also needed.
I will start form the 2nd stage, "Group Discussion", the secret to this is Vast Reading, Team Spirit, Confidence and Eloquence.
Vast Reading- Ensure you know about the current world happenings, Transportation system, Fight in Syria, Political Tussle in America, Devaluation of Naira, Corruption Fight in Nigeria, Dwindling price of Crude oil, etc, the easiest way to go about this is to read online materials, BBC, CNN, Channels can help.
You need to prepare this hard so that you will be able to contribute effectively no matter the topic you are given. Plus this will greatly increase your knowledge.
Team Spirit: Always put the team first. A hint of a technique I used, I ensured I wrote all the points my other colleagues mentioned, ensured proper and fair timing for each colleague and before you know it I was the one coordinating the show. The examiner noticed my hard work to the group but made no comment. At the end of the day I was the one who gave the closing remark cos I had all points written down.
But don't force anything, you don't have to be the leader just be actively involved.
Confidence and Eloquence: You will agree with me that effective communication aids knowledge, ensure you sound smart and confident, cite examples to make it more interesting and assuring.
By the way, keep praying for those of us awaiting medicals too oo, Enjoy.

To add to what the poster above me said. Don't try to dominate the group. Allow others to talk. If possible raise up ur hand before you contribute.
I remember during my time, one of the panels noticed I wanted to talk but the group wasn't giving me the chance. She had to Preside over the discussion n started calling ppl that raised dr hands.
Remember, it's also about teamwork
