Inec is not serious, until they make it possible for voters to cast their vote in any part of the country irrespective of where one did his/her registration. That's the only way to stop voters apathy due to scare of violence from host communities especially in northern Nigeria towards Igbos 18 Likes |

Card this, card that and still elections get rigged! Only in Nigeria! What remains is collation of blood samples from voters at the poll stations! |

The politicians are the problem, not INEC. |

Hmmm I dont know whether restricting voters who did not participate in the last elections from voting is something to cheer about. INEC did not give any tangible reason. 4 Likes |

This is Bill. Bill supports the new technological innovation. Bill is above 18 years. Bill is eligible to register and vote. Bill does not field children and toddlers for registration and voting. Bill is a good Nigerian and a true Democrat. Be like Bill. 2 Likes |

This is good development. Just ensure the tech is in tip-top form & has been tested prior to the voting to avoid a déjà vu of last year's debacle. |

ritababe: Yeah, it'd be very easy. I know some form of online voter registration is/was done in Virginia, Maryland & some 21 states(US), but the risks involved in online voting are just too high. Some people who'd also try to circumvent it due to how high the stakes are . The potential discrepancies outweigh the merits. What about hacking? Let's not get too ahead of ourselves. 1 Like |
