What Jamb Regularisation entails is regularising your admission details with your current school.

Like if you were in another school and you moved to another school, you have to do jamb regularisation so that Jamb will have your new details.

i think it's possible she's saying the truth

That is what I am saying that if you have the opportunity of visiting school, go lodge a complaint to that effect.

But if you couldn't, then ensure you remember it as it is written now if eventually you failed to see your name when you used your original surname during online registration
