I told you yesterday that someone on this thread said Auchi poly has uploaded and you said it's not your school. That's why i asked the difference between Bauchi Poly and Auchi Poly.

And the 2 Polytechnics have now uploaded

I actually it was private institutions that were first paid.

Before we saw ours, our counterpart from private institutions were paid 4 months we were eventually paid.

I guess it all have to do with the School's SIWES depertment, and how they link up with the area ITF office

So I was told when I went to effect mschubby's name and about 10 others who asked me to assist them...

I even gave mschubby a call to speak with the desk officer directly... She said she should let it be...

It wasn't long when I left her that I speak with the Dean of student's affairs (church member) and he directed me to meet with somebody and he said I shld write down their names indicating the wrong and correct names...which I did. I called many of them and got their details via sms and I compiled the names into a sheet of A4 papers...

My point is... You have to insist. What ever error that isn't corrected now...will be like that.. If it's a wrong name...it will appear like that on your certificate.

Well, i get your point.

First and foremost, it's not an individual issue but more than 10 departments issue.
So, i guess, having to retype again is troubling them

Secondly, the error is not that conspicous, it will take someone who already knows the earlier one to note the difference

Thirdly, NYSC won't be recording my matric no on my certificate, it will only be needed for registration.

Fourthly, those having issues with names are being corrected but those of us with this issue are told to not worry.
