Though am running out of time because my cause starts April and Enrollment deadline is March (Though i can enroll from Nigeria), notwithstanding.

Wow Deutsch bank just told me the form I sent was outdated and then gave me a link to their website where I can download the form, but the only difference I can find is about having tax residence in Germany or another country with available spaces to fill up the names of those countries, but aside that I find no other difference with the first form I filled. But the real issue is what do I fill in this tax residence stuff, pls has anyone had a similar situation? Your contributions would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Included a copy of the email sent to me by Deutsche Bank and a letter explaining that this was the second time i was applying for a blocked account . That i have previously sent certified documents. Waiting for their reply. You should do the same.

But this residence for tax purpose stuff seems to be a new development, I just hope it doesn't lead to something else later on whereby they start deducting taxes from blocked account. Person fit faint for that one o, well let's see how it goes.

2.According to the student checklist, only two passport photographs are needed one attached to application form and one loose. So does this mean that one of the forms will have a passport attached and the other left without one?

3. How do i attach the passport to the form? by stapling or by gluing?

when uni-assist informs an applicant that evaluation is complete and application will be forwarded, how long does it take after the above notification for uni-assist to actually forward the application and send a confirmation of application letter.

Email the schools and inform them about your application through Uni-assist and what they told you. Note put your details in the mail (name & uni-assist application number)

You don't need to fill the residents tax stuff because you are going to be a student.

Na wa oh! I'm sure DB will send same message to me soon. In my opinion, I feel that space should be left untouched because we're gonna be students.

the Answer is yes age is not a barrier and secondly he has no ish with Germans provided he has the docs that secured him the scholarship.
Thirdly with his scholarship he doesn't need a block Account...for his VISA

Hi,

you have to mark Germany als the country of your Tax-Payments, cause you are gonna live there. If you plan to work besides studies, you have to pay Tax on your Income, if your Earnings are high enough.
In case you pay Tax within another EU-Country, you will pay no Tax or at least less Tax in Germany.

Since u re nt residin in Germany yet....(as at the time u re filling the form)..tick the next box...and then state the country u re residin in (Nigeria) I dont know if we ve tax number if nt indicate no tax Number.

Applicants fillin that form re nt residin in Germany and when u get to Germany u get a tax number ...and the tax is normally deducted at source meaning they deduct tax before u get ur pay....even interests on bank deposits the bank deducts the tax on interests before payin the interests.

If in doubt call Deutsche bank and ask.

I may be wrong but this is my opinion.

Again Db needs to get their shit together....Just becasue of that stuff they re askin pple to go back to lagos and fill another form...as at yday they ve nt updated the form on their webpage....

I also think u ve to go back to the embassy to certify the Form again...
