I use a Samsung Galaxy Grand dous GT- i9082 and I have never enjoyed the phone from day 1. The phone never stops hanging, contacts don't respond, system process not responding and all sorts of malfunctions. At first, I felt it's the memory card hence, I replaced it with a larger size memory card, yet the problem persists. It's just so frustrating. What do you think it's the problem and If I want to replace the phone, which would you advise I replace it with? I am thinking of switching to a Lenovo smart phone but someone said Infinix is better. Hello house pls help me o. My Tecno P9 was doing somehow so I decided to restart it. Now it keeps on rebooting and rebooting showing the tecno sign but not entering the desktop. It keeps on doing that until battery will run out. Dont know what to do again pls help. The only cheat i ever done are ebr tweaking(increasing the app memory) and changing of imei and it has been working since. Pls HELP me o.

My infinix hot 2 battery drain like water cant last up to 30minute mostly when i play music but will nt discharge if the device is idle ver-5.1 ram-1gb.....so pissed am broke cant buy another device

Your battery is bad, please replace asap to avoid further damage. and also avoid charging with laptop or generator light, also avoid overnight charging.

follow the following steps
1 Go to settings
2 click on security
3 scroll down and deactivate unknown resources.
