I Mean the 3 Basic documents that includes

1. PHOTOCOPY OF CHANGE OF NAME AS DECLARED ON A NATIONAL DAILY

2. PHOTOCOPY OF THE PRESENT ADDRESS LOCATION OF HUBBY VIA DRIVER'S LICENSE, NATIONAL ID CARD OR PRESENT JOB STANDARD ID CARD SHOULD DO.

3. EVIDENCE OF SOLEMNIZATION EITHER FROM COURT AS PER COURT WEDDING, CHURCH CERTIFICATE OR NIKKAH CERTIFICATE FOR MUSLIM, THOUGH THE LATTER DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU

NOW, NYSC DOESN'T KNOW YOU AS MARRIED YET NOT UNTIL YOU FINISHED YOUR REGISTRATION ONLINE AND SUBMITTED THE ABOVE BY UPLOADING THEM.

SO I WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO ALTER ANYTHING FROM YOUR NAME AS USED DURING JAMB REGISTRATION YET, I MEAN LET YOUR SURNAME OF OLD REMAIN JUST LIKE THE MIDDLE AND THE FIRST NAMES TOO SHOULD NEVER CHANGE YET FOR A STRESS-FREE REGISTRATION.

please o,house...let's discuss this very important issue...how do we go about that "pick three states you've visited" during nysc registration ..because I heard from a reliable source that nysc will "crack" sense and pick one from those "supposed visited states". I'm asking this because I was advised to pick 3 random northern states..how do we handle this

I remember you asking a similar question yesterday or two days ago.
Nonetheless, in addition to what Kbs468 and LogoDWhiz have said and assuming the school refuses to do anything to deliberately effect the correction, I Suggest you stick to the one that has the correct ordering of your name - from surname to Firstname and thereafter, middle name.
Your school and NYSC will take care of the Unnecessary repetition.
