I would summed up my conclusion thus:

1. It shouldn't have reflected since Nysc criteria is posting someone away from his or her comfort zone, but it is not the case because the explicitly stated exception are your state of origin and state of location for graduation school

2. Considering the huge population of PCMs, I don't think the members of staff of Nysc in charge of posting would have time in analysing those details before deciding among your 3 choices

3. Those info and those of 2 next of kin are actually demanded for in case of Emergency only and nothing more.

I wouldn't want to be involved in a private battle with fellow citizens of Golden City. It won't be bad of me as the President, considering these wonderful girls also have suitors who are very much interested in them.
