I think it is our banks that are causing the whole problem. I am not SURE but I think banks sell dollars(foreign currencies) to BDC for more than official price. That is why banks prefer selling to BDCs to selling to their customers. I most cases, they will tell you they don't have dollars. This is just what I think. They are rent seekers. BDCs won't mind buying dollars for 250 from the banks.

it is called arbitrage bros, it isn't illegal it is all finance. Nd it can't be stopped so long as all d economic factors create a devaluation of one currency over another arbitrage is bound to occur. Nd last I check BDC.
