You must be on 20151208 lollipop build only then, on that build, can you do a manual update to marshmallow.

abeg who has solution for blurry photos on infinix hot 2.
after taking the pics with the rear camera, its blurry unless you zoom in.

Your camera is 'cached' up. Go to settings > apps > camera > force stop, then clear data and clear cache. If the blurriness persist then uninstall updates. Go to the Play store, search for Google Camera and update the app to the latest version. If this don'twork, I don't know what else will.

Okay guys ...here is the good news....I have found a way!!!!!!!
I have been following this thread from the first post....
The update was sent to my phone OTA.... And after the update to marshmallow , I couldn't access my documents and my contacts were misbehaving...... Well the contacts ish has been solved which leaves us with one problem left...how to access the filea that has miraculously disappeared..... Well after much brainstorming and research I finally found how .....

First of all for those who says that marshmallow cannot be rooted Ure wrong..... I rooted mine .....
U will need a PC, infinix flash tools, SU, and some other tools ......
And also u can change the imei of marshmallow also .....I used chamelephon and it worked perfectly

So after doing that , download and install es explorer.....I will continue in the morning........... Am over joyed and feeling sleepy....I also have to be early to my PPA....

Goodnight guys....keep the hope alive!!

after upgrading to android 6 I notice that when I call the backlight turn off which should be but after am through with the call the backlight will not on for me to disconnect the call until when I press the power key which will take up to like 4seconds for the light to come up. pls help.

i want to upgrade one hot2 but the phone no dey enter recovery by pressing volume up + power botton. The phone just simply boot.

It's no bug,there are some apps on your phone that has tampered with your system and has unrestricted access ;try to delete any useless app on your phone or better still, check the related apps on your phone, to the one's that downloaded automatically and delete them.
