Ok the flowing is hard to do because it brings up so much emotions and I don't wanna get carried away with the emotions that come up. I can control the thoughts but the feelings and emotions are trickier to control. I get that I should be just observing but.... Lol emotions are harder to observe than thoughts without involvement coming in.

Today was hard because of that pain energy. I feel like my feelings are creating my thoughts. I kept changing and observing today. Only feeling I could use to describe it is an upset tummy feeling. I took my anxiety pills today for the first time this month. The bright side is I went nearly a month without them.
