Hello Nairalanders,

I'm a graduate, urban and regional planning to be precise, seeking to further more on my studies outside the country, USA preferably. I need a candid advise about universities who do not require an upfront payment of tuition fee before giving out admissions to international students. Informative suggestion will be joyously entertained.

A friend of mine asked me the question on Wednesday, but my school do not offer the course and she want to know before she register for Jamb.
