Mr. Tolusan. Akwa Ibom, Oyo and Abia abi...I'll be watching in 17D wink cool

Yeah! Though that Akwa-Ibom is very shaky. We're representing Umana Umana. I'm not exactly optimistic about it, the Court of Appeal did not exactly do us good. Oyo and Abia are slam dunk. Ladoja has no chance. Otti can only be Governor is his dreams or after Ikpeazu completes this first term cool

Unfortunately, Ikpeazu is our client. Otti ordinarily has a good case but his legal team messed his case up and the Court of Appeal compounded his sorry case. Between me and you, the Court of Appeal practically killed his case, you notice he filed a cross-appeal even when he was declared Governor. It's almost never happened before.

There's no way the Supreme Court can return Otti as Governor. That would mean standing the law on its head

Lol. Exactly what I told my daughter, all you lawyers know how to scatter my head! How will the law stand on its head now in this case? What happened to that woman whose eyes are covered, standing tall on her feet with correct judgement in her hand?

I always say that, sentiments have no place in law. Lawyers and judges deal with proven facts not wild allegations and propaganda unsubstantiated by proof.
Personally, I didn't want Wike to be Governor (This APC. Government bought Wike my sentiment along the line) and still I don't want Ikpeazu to be Governor but I'm not in control of that. You must prove it! The petition by Dakuku is a whopping 390+ pages of 846 paragraphs. I read thru the entirety of it! If you put the evidence side by side with all the allegations he made, you wouldn't even be able to nullify 10 local governments in Rivers talk more of the entire Rivers state.

When I start getting my own cases. I intend to always keep my eyes keenly on establishing my client's case as solidly as possible not bringing irrelevant witnesses or media trial
