The president can't go through every detail of how the monies in different ministries will be spent and the reason why the head of each mda will have to come forward and defend his. This is the product of change, no more biz as usual when one person will come and read the budget and Senate, knowing they will benefit from all loop holes in the budget, will not bother to vet it but will rush to sign it into law. Now that they know they will not benefit, they are doing their jobs. Thank God for pmb, his will to do the right thing is making the rest to fall in line. You can wail forever, pmb's admin will restore sanity to how things are being done in Nigeria.

It only happens that the man at the helm of the upside down change went through this budget before presenting it. Or didn't he? If he didn't, doesn't that mean buhari is daft and as clueless as Jonathan....or even worse?

The Senate seem to be living up to its responsibilities in this new dispensation, unlike in previous dispensation were the Senate was an extension of the executive making it to be corrupt (taking bribe from the executive to do its bidding) and toothless. Never has the Senate scrutinize the budget of the country like its doing now, maybe it's body language/odour at play..
