She was my girl and she had a need. I funded the last two years of her University and her youth service. We had a long distance no sex relationship at that! Today, she's my wife. 5 years now. I did it because she was my girl and she needed help.

Irrespective of what naysayers say, it's really a function of the type of people you BOTH are. You know who you are and you have an idea of who she is. Is she very impressionable? Does she have firm principles. What of you?

Today, I'm proud of him. together we can acquire assets, pay bills and plan as 1...
My hubby gave me the rent his bros gave him so he could hussle for job for my year1 fees n slept in an uncompleted apartment, his salary was 40k and he gladly sends me 25k having nothing but Tfare and a little to eat from the bukka..He would never buy clothes nor shoes for my sake..But today we can give 40k to a needy without itch..

Camoo pls don't mind this ppl oo there case is jst 1% of success. it cmpletely dpends on both parties involved and circumstances surrounding their cases My clear point here is that secure the variables of your chances(loosing or winning) go to her family or relatives house and make your point clear of marrying her before even thinking of spending a dime (and since you say she agree to marry you too) that's my take oo Goodluck on ur decision.

Yes my girlfriend is NOT important... the moment she becomes my wife then she becomes EXTREMELY important to my mental, physical, financial and emotional well-being.

let me give you the best advice anyone can ever give you and it will be mutually beneficial for the both of you. and my advice will be approached from a biblical point of view. now in the bible ' sex ' is the seal of a marriage. all that ceremonial stuff is just human tradition. the person you have sex with is your wife. so this is my advice. pay for her school fees but make sure you are getting your matrimonial sex from her. now look at it this way ? all men pay for sex one way or the other so just accept that your paying her school fees is your own payment for sex. now when she graduates if she finds a better man and decides to leave you the curse will be on her head cuz she left the marriage to commit adultery with another person while you are in the clear and all throughout the time you were with her you got your moneys worth anyway so you are the winner

The issue is not about whether he really loves her, if he doesn't love her this issue would not bother him because he would not just pay.

What he is confused about is the fact that she might not really love him and in future after spending his time and money on her she would dump him just like that.

Seriously, if a man invests so much in a girl and she later dumps him, he is going to feel hurt... that is what his uncertainty is about.

Bro check ur heart very well. If ur friends can actually talk u to being confused on weda to help or not then I must say u really shud check if u luv her. Wen u luv sm1 u dnt contemplate on weda or not to help or do what makes the person happy cus their happiness makes u happy. My advice to u is help her as u would ve helped anyone in need and dnt expect anythin frm her be it marriage. If you can assist her without obligation, do it. But if it's predicated upon marriage...banking on a woman's promises is fool's gold.

A girl in 100L is still a baby, and is yet to discover herself.

300 - 400L when she's near her peak sexual-market-value, and there are guys from all angles, would she still consider you a good deal? She doesn't know this yet.

U a Real G with lots of wisdom. U made my day.

From my infant to few yrs back, I did a lot of things because I felt it's good, but lately, I use my head wether its good or bad because people ll never treat u d way u treat them, n they ll always have reasons to defend their heartless acts or at most put d blame on d devil.

I have a girlfriend that I plan to marry. She's a 100 Level student in UNILAG but is having difficulties paying her up school fees. Her mom, a widow, is doing her best but it's not enough. Since I'm a graduate and now working, I feel like helping out. It's an obligation I earnestly wish to take but my friends keep telling me that she would eventually dump my sorry ass for another guy before graduation, and there's nothing I can do. Very confused. I love her and I know she loves me too.
Please advice.

You have to understand that moral has little or no place again in our society. Conscience is dead, therefore one good turn doesn't deserve another. If you must engage in this risky business, you must take off your mind from the possibility of marrying her after graduation. This will save you from heart attacks and subsequent life mistakes should your plan fail.

Seriously, many guys here make me sick. Do you really have to date a girl before you can help her Out? Does she really have you be a family, your woman or a gf? Why are you all thinking like a pauper?

What's so wrong with helping out someone you don't even know?

I will love to ask you all a concrete question. Good to know many of you guys are successful, but then she's needing help. Did she choose not to have or to be poor or unfortunate, and do you think that you scared through its by your doing? Nah, you're just fortunate

Help her if you have the resources to do so, for the sake of God First.
Remember that a lady claimed on this postal that they (ladies) are unstable. You can't predit what they would do next. That is the fact.
It can come out to be the way you plan it though.

Wrong understanding of that passage.. . Read earlier verses... Bride price had been fully paid... Before she came to isaac... "[ESV] Genesis 24:53 And the servant brought out jewelry of silver and of gold, and garments, and gave them to Rebekah. He also gave to her brother and to her mother costly ornaments." bride price fully paid by Abraham's servant...

The only way u can go ahead with this u kind gesture is only if you can remove the reason that's making you do it,becus you will always regret it if you put that in mind...

I will just advise if the resources is there just take her as as younger sister at d sametime, sure you can continue ur affair with her but don't put too much expectation from her...just do it a freestyle tin.
