In its bid to successfully tackle ant threats from terrorists, the Office of the National Security Adviser (ONSA) and the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) will be holding counter terrorism exercise in Abuja on Tuesday (today).
A statement from the office of the ONSA informed that the exercise will be taking place at the International Conference Centre.
It urged Abuja residents not to be panicked but remain calm.
“Office of the NSA and Nigeria Police Force wish to notify residents of a planned training exercise on counter-terrorism crisis response at the International Conference Centre on Tuesday, 2nd February 2016 from 9am to 2pm. You are advised to exercise caution around ICC environs and not panic,” it stated.

why rush to comment without reading the post It makes u sound like an illiterate sometimes.

Kudos to the authorities for alerting the people who live in that area prior to the exercise. This would be the first time I am hearing of such in Nigeria. If something similar had been done during the ikeja bomb blast in 2002 many lives wouldn't have been wasted. Thumbs up!!!
