I have to commend @excuzeme for his tenacity in following this case to a logical conclusion.
It is very clear maverick made his land situation clear and brabus promised something impossible and therefore possibly delivered a fraudulent building Approval .

Several people(myself included) have raised the issue of the fraud called brabus and the potential danger he portends to the integrity of nairaland builders and the forum in general.

Pls Elders on this forum stop saying let the past be the past. Brabus may get a second chance, but the clients money does not!!!

SEEK THE TRUTH.that is the only way this problem would be solved, not sweeping a situation under the rug

We have heard of materials being stolen, fake approvals, shoddy jobs, incomplete jobs, collusion with family members and security men, failure to provide 3D diagrams that were paid for and the list goes on. What else does this guy have to do before people can say enough is enough.

Have we now decided to pick and choose whose atrocities we condemn and whose we turn a blind to? Na wah for all you so-called moderators and elders.

Many other voiced their anger and opinions too... but this is Nairaland, it does not belong to anyone of us, the owner is the only person who can sanction anyone as he see fit. We can only make noise here as much as we want. Even a Moderator has a limited power.
