Sir, seriously there are some things you see or hear around but you cant find them in the Bible. I know I'm in no place to question God. But why's He hiding this from us?
God aint hiding, you are!
" I love those who love me and those who seek me dilligently shall find me"~ Proverbs 8:17

"God is available to those who dilligently seek him" ~Heb 11:6

" The Lord look down from heaven to see if there's any who undestands and who seeks him" Psalm 14:2

" I have not spoken in secret or in a dark place, i did not said to the offspring of Jacob to seek me in a waste place, I, the Lord speaks rightousness, delaring the things that are upight" ~ Jer 29,11-14.

For more lessons concerning how to find God, visit: bible.knowing-jesus.com/topics/seeking-God

Or you can ask google.
Remain blessed.

Read through, 'twas disappointing!

All I saw from majority of posts are badly understood ideas, unproven and/or untestable hypotheses, science fiction, pseudo-science, UFO & ancient aliens conspiracy crack-heads, mysticism, and other unbelievable utter BS.

The fact is you have to do lots of hard work to reach the competency required to answer these questions as well as other stuff in QFT and the standard model of particle physics.

It isn't by reading some pages off the internet or watching some videos or some novel for laymen written by a famous physicist, you need to pick up textbooks and make sure you understand every major idea, and supplement them with lecture vids from classical mechanics to EM to QM to AP to CMP and others.

But, it's nice to see there're lots people with interest in physics and the universe in our country.

If only the bloody useless govt and her education ministry could use the "billions" budgeted annually for education to actually buy proper analysis equipment necessary for experimental research...

On a lighter note, there are rumors of promising data supporting the existence of gravitational waves. However, don't get your hopes too high! http://www.wired.com/2016/01/astrophysicists-may-have-found-gravitational-waves-or-not/

"those who do not move will not notice their chains"
We are fvcking alone, finding some life form in the universe is futile and evolution theories are pure bullsh.its.
"GOD created the heavens and the earth" ~Genesis 1&2.
Even google won't deny the fact, try it.

He is absolutely correct in his comparison Using Quantum Theory, gravity and light are comparable because according to Quantum Mechanics(theory) everything that exist both in the macro(physical),micro(quantum) and even wave(spiritual) dimension is made up of energy vibrating in different frequencies including gravity and light, even your thought is manifestation of vibrating energies in matching frequencies, without energy there will be no gravity. So therefore Quanta=Energy=Gravity
Quanta=Energy=Photon=Light
The individual unit of light is the photon and the individual unit of energy is quanta, hence Quantum Theory state that energy is made up of individual particles or unit called quanta or energy is quantized. If energy being the basis of everything is quantized by simple analogy gravity is also quantized. Both concept of light and energy are comparable because of quantization.

Gravity is not energy, so it can not be quantized. Gravity as postulated by Einstein's Law of General Relativity is a distortion in the fabric of space-time.

let's assume i accept that theory. Can we bend the rules? Let us think the other way. Gravity can't be seen but can be felt. Investigate with that sense to start wiug.

Well for me, I have found out that there are more science in my religion than there are religion in Science.!

It means for you guys looking at science, you will find it difficult to find (space for) religion in it.

Yet, if only you could take a look at religion, you will find a lot of science in it.

there is no science nor logic in religion, religious people in science are confused they try as much as they can be bend science to fit their religion, does ur religion not sat the earth is flat?.

Mr. I gave a reply above....
The question is this, how many years have u lived and how old is humanity compared to this ageless universe..
humanity is jst a flash of existence compared to the age of the universe, what the whole humanity has ever discovered is yet to reach 0.1% of the universe.

then who are you to rule out a possibility of somethings existing....don't be too cocky...your age and knowledge is insignificant to this ageless universe
you cant know or predicted the age of humanity

The possibilities are endless bro..

Maybe a radio satellite wrongly beamed radio signals down, a pulsar star, artificial radio source(alien in this case but if it is why haven't we established contact through the signal wavelength) there are dozens of possibilities and it can leave a hopeful optimism in the mind even though slim but let us not assume yet until confirmed
i was looking at the sky yestarnight i saw a star cutted off and swing down straight.. What could caused that?..

we are alone . The universe is God's solution to man's churning curiosity and insatiable desires cause it unfolds more the more we explore it.

No, I'm not. Example, at Numbers 14:34,the Bible talks of a day for a year. At 2 Peter 3:8,the Bible talks of a day for a thousand years. There's several other principles like that in the Bible. When you see a day in the Bible, it's probably in relative terms, not our absolute 24 hour period. That's what many so-called Christians fail to understand. Study is needed

Guys, the wow signal Theory that it was sent from ET has probably been cracked. Check it out

********************************
According to Antonio Paris, an
astronomer at St. Petersburg College in
Florida, the Wow! signal could have been
produced by one or two passing comets,
namely 266P/Christensen and P/2008 Y2
(Gibbs).
It sounds weird, but Paris says
that comets are known to release
considerable amounts of hydrogen when
passing near the Sun. As they make their
way into the inner Solar System, ultraviolet
rays disturb the comet surface, releasing
a cloud of hydrogen that extends like a
tail for millions of miles. It could have
been this cloud of hydrogen, says Paris,
that caused the Wow! signal.
Some comets have gas.
If the comets were passing in front
of the Big Ear in 1977, they would
have generated an apparently short-
lived signal, as the telescope (now
dismantled) had a fixed field of view.

Searching that same area – as
subsequent radio telescopes did –
wouldn’t show anything. Tracing the
comets’ positions back in time, Paris
says that the possible origin for the
Wow! signal falls right between
where they would have been.
Neither comet was known in 1977;
they were both discovered in the last
decade, which would mean nobody
would have thought to search for
them. The odds of any telescope
catching them in the region of the
Wow! signal by chance were
vanishingly small.

But some astronomers aren’t buying it,
arguing that one or two comets couldn’t
possibly release enough hydrogen to
produce such a strong signal.

Thankfully,
however, Paris has produced a testable
hypothesis: Comet 266P/Christensen is
coming back to our neighborhood in
January 27, and P/2008 Y2 (Gibbs) will
return in January 2018. By analyzing the
comets’ hydrogen signatures, we should
have a good idea if Paris’s theory is
correct.

Gravity is indeed postulated and explained as a distortion of space time wrt relativistic mechanics. Relativistic mechanics has actually held water and proven true to all our extents and experiments with the light bending and time lagging, so we can basically rely somewhat on its physical principles.

I really like your idea that "our technology is based on man's perspectives" and what you're saying makes sense. I read a lot about possiblity of existence of life elsewhere in the universe but never thought from your angle. That makes me think - this means we limit ourselves by our own imagination.

Considering how far mankind has advanced with technology, imagine how much farher we would get if we did not limit our imagination.

Exactly my point. We are only thinking from what we think should be the right thing and not considering otherwise.

Brother , am giving you a Drink, you idea about "witches , wizards & Winches"etc. ....they all could just be manipulating space time , a rare knowledge the rest of us are yet to have

I will like to call it a more advance science. Imagine what could not be done in decades ago, for example a plane that could make you fly if someone could do that centuries ago he or she will be called a witch or wizard but now such is possible and it is called science.

It is magic when we don't understand it but science when we do.
