I have finally resolved to cancel all my fights, I just noticed I was not fighting (trading) well, so I am stepping back, taking my loss and will re-analyse the market again tomorrow, my first trade went so well but I didn't maximise it, I scrapped a meagre 0.3% and ran off (I should have stayed longer with the old swords man to learn more skills), I guess that is the bane of youthful exuberance.

Summary of what went down today, was...on the fight with NZD/JPY, I missed 36 pips and I also missed 20 pips from AUD/NZD, so collectively I was hit -56 pips and -0.8% of my account. Collectively, this week so far, I have lost -33 pips and -0.5%

Yes, its bed time for me, analysis and slashing should continue tomorrow

i have noticed one strange stuff on my metrader4. If i place a buy trade it won't place at the exact prize i intend to place it rather it will move upto 20 pips before placing the trade... pls whats the cause started yesterday.

I have actually watched you grow in fx and I'm indeed very impressed with your level of perseverance.
For brokers, I personally used instaforex I ha made withdrawal and it's pretty quick to local account and again instaforex offer fixed spread, a colleague of mine use alpari and pepperstone which are both good,

For the recs, never add to a losing position, unless you have learnt to hedge properly, 200 pips down the lane is quite huge, what TF do u use?

Price requoting, spreads or spillage, 20 pips is quite huge, do you mean 20 points wch = 2 pips? Or better still you trade during news and there was a spike at that time, what pair and broker?

20 points made a mistake i don't trade during news i use mfxbroker ... what will cause the spreads in almost all my trades today im jus confuse .... Thanks for your reply .

2 pips spread is a fair deal, though other broke offer less but my broker is fixed on 3 pips,
In a simple term spreads is is commission fee or handling charges which your broker use in processing your placed order. I don't think there's anything wrong, just that you have observed more closely which is good, there are indicators in which you use in checking your current spread and also you could also check it in your mt4, IMHO.

GBP.NZD this week to date is a perfect example i call forex a winchy ,,even when the pattern you trade comes you can still loose before it goes your way if proper care is not taken,,,, some commodities is not always like that. forex is meant to frustrate retail traders especially those with tight SL. so your friend is somehow right

single candle is not enough but the formation will gives the clue to speculate the likely next action

you can do past movement but the present is better because many up/down happen before a candle finally close at the end of the tf

I use a maximum of 0.03 lot size
So even a negative of 500 pips won't affect the account per say
On the time frame I mainly use one hour and four hours , I sometimes peep into daily
But on that particular trade I used the weekely its a long term trade though
I don't really like INSTA becos I heard of some issues they had one time
Presently using AGEA..
But I want a Nigerian broker becos buhari can come up with any policy at any time
Someone told me about FOREXTIME, and I had plans of using them until Mr currentprice made DAT statement, so I was thinking maybe they are not that reliable afterall

If you are on sell this market, I advise you take trade with caution, market hasn't broken a trendline support and it's yet to test a swing high resistance, I may be wrong, IMHO.

200 pips on weekly chart is fine since you are on a long term trade,
For instaforex issue, all brokers have issue and yet again, some brokers makes negative post of other broker in disguise to cause panic.
As for withdrawal, I withdraw locally in NGN through our local broker here in Nigeria and not in foreign funds.
I have made several withdrawals personally, P.S I am in no form affiliate to this broker just a regular trader.
Forextime, well I haven't given them any thoughts yet. If you do want to trade with them, I could ask from my mentors and associates and also before you use a broker, make sure they are regulated by an EU entity, just incase.
