strictly depends on the people there,but you can try to tell them you want it the same day if they refuse initially..

I don't think so. If you have the xray done @ JAJA, you can always get the result when you resume.

Important Information To All New Students...

This is to inform all new students that the hall application for 2015/2016 academic session has commenced. Login to your portal @ http://www.portal.ui.edu.ng/cportal/web? to choose your room.

Before You Apply for Hall Application Requirements PLEASE NOTE The Following:

1. Kindly ensure that the references you are providing are same as the ones you presented during your admission clearance

2. Ensure that a copy of the same reference letter you submitted during your admission clearance is given to your warden before a room will be approved

3. Ensure that the accommodation is paid exactly 72hours after you have been assigned a room, otherwise the room will be re-assigned to another candidate.

4. No room will be given to any student without accommodation payment levy receipt presented to the hall warden

The Room application is not official yet. The portal is being updated. When it's time, information on the procedures would be posted on the school's official website. The passwords to log into your various mails would also be communicated to y'all. Till then y'all should take a chill pill

Please, note that resumption is Sat. Feb, 13th. But hall clearance will not start until Mon. Feb, 15th. Therefore, it is better you resume school on Feb 15th if you know you have no where to stay.
