Well, I'd advice this.
If you plan on choosing a hot state. Choose the hottest state in your zone which you won't mind going to but you know is unrealistic, and then choose the hot zone which you want. And finally choose another hot zone in another area.


This is my own secret formula. Just decided to share it with the house!
