Solution Pumping more money in the economy, so that economic activities will rise, values created, investments increase, companies profit, they hire more labour.

I guess it is part of their business reorganisation strategy. They were probably needed when they were employed but no longer needed. If you had a business I am sure you will not keep people on your payroll for a very long time if you feel they won't add value to your business. welcome to capitalism.

The economy is in total shambles now and the present government are not helping matters. What the economy needs now is to be stimulated by pumping money into it through government projects, doing so will be a catalyst for private investors to follow suit.
