yes it was from mine, bt my elder brother sells witout warranty and he doesn't encourage after sales return and so. That's why I advice ppl to meet me directly to avoid stories. I was suprised to see my name mentioned here as I was left out of the deal due to greed. I support warranty and after sales return bt most ppl dnt. Pls I will advised him to call his friend so as to speak with my boss directly as I have spoken with him on how to reduce the price for him n it went on deaf hear. I stay with my elder brother. Though we do combine business. BT I have a different way of doing mine where I tend to satisfy ppl. The client is in lagos and a busy type and sends his friend who buys largely from alaba. I have always advise ppl to deal with me directly so as insurance covers. I was not even aware he later bought from him. BT his brother is on his way to my office to settle things.

You are the definition of busy-body. If you noticed, I have an ongoing dispute with your friend. You are the one getting involved in an issue that does not concern you. I'm a victim of Acunon and I will keep telling BUYERS TO BEWARE. I lost money, even Acunon is not disputing that, so OTHERS MAY ALSO LOSE THEIR MONEY. Of course, each individual will take their decisions, but they will have the benefit of knowing that it is not everyone that came across Acunon that is happy. That way, they will be better positioned to weigh their risks.

@Adrusa What joy do you derive from denting one's image in public? Don't be a killjoy. Acunon has tried settling his scores with you but you are handling it immaturely. You have suddenly turned to a monitoring spirit nitpicking and picking holes in everything Acunon does. It's quite unfortunate that things didn't go too well in your transaction with him but don't discourage potential buyers. The TV he sold to me wasn't defective and it's working till date.
I'll advise other prospective buyers to inspect their goods themselves before buying so that Acunon will not be culpable for anything that happens after then.

I was not there when they transacted, i first met him and he was jst avoiding me like a plague since he saw my elder brother, bt it has been resolved with a 55" lg webos and payment made to my elder brother.

Sir, i will say again. I have issued out help to my clients with faulty tvs after sales and they where highly satisfied with it, about yours i told you that i dnt have that particular screen for a replacement and i would call or text you when i have that since i still have the model number with me. Pls bear with me and also try as not to derail my thread. Thanks

Let the guy refund my money or replace his dud of a TV and you will see how I will melt silently into the crowd. As long as he is fraudulently keeping my money, I will remain on his case. When any of you lose N150K to him, you may come back and preach to me. I'm the one who is looking at a N190K faulty TV under my bed, not you. I'm even just playing with him, when I have his time, you, his accomplishes, will beg for him.

Acunon its normal to have customers like this.Don't be discouraged at all, after all i didn't meet you in person wen i came for my Plasma TV and the person you recommended (UJU) attended to me excellently that i didn't feel your absence. You even monitored every transaction from payment to packaging on phone.

Good morning all, pls let's exercise patience with Acunon. I'm a business man, and I know how business turns out to be atimes. Electronics are delicate devices especially large screen TVs. Moreover, everyone here is/are aware that the products Acunon sells are not new, yet took the risk to purchase from him. I understand how it feels not getting value for your money especially when TVs turn out defective almost immediately after delivery. Every customer has the right to display grievance due to unsatisfactory products or services rendered.
Take note, @Mr Adrusa, no matter how hard you try to bring Acunon down, who will buy from him will still buy from him. That's life for you!
@Acunon, no customer will be pleased to split any loss, truth must be told!
Even if there must be any loss on customer's part, it shouldn't be more than 10% of what the customer paid. Any loss more than that is unacceptable! Put yourself in your customer's shoes.
In business, we win some, we lose some. How you handle ugly transactions will most likely make way for bigger and better profitable transactions.
If you don't resolve this issues fast, your thread will continually get derailed.
@ affected people, please kindly bear with him.

For the records, I bought my 42" LG smart TV from him @ Alaba (though he wasn't present that day). It's 7 months already, the TV is working very fine!
