That is how they will end up burning certificates and files of students.............Stupidity.
That's why all of that should be stored electronically. What sane school stores important documents physically these days?

Arrand nonsence! What kind of absord behavior is this. School management should expel all culprit. Stupidity in highest place, if they perform well they will all pass. I believe no lecturer would wants his or her student to fail. Instead of them to put their head down and read some of them used that time for Occultic meeting.

The most annoying part is that Oshionhole's led APC government in Edo state will blame PDP for this misdeed...
Re: Students Burn Down AAU Departmental Building (pic) by Dminister(m): 5:23pm On Feb 05, 2016
This is so wrong and uncalled for. The students should bear the consequences of their action.
It happened to us after graduation, we were held for NYSC after a session.

Proudly Alumnus!

this is not a blame game, I still stand with my opinion,in my uni days some lecturers re or were saddist.. there re good lecturers out there quite well, but those lecturers who feel they own your life just because they re in charge of a course exist! those lecturers who make sure they dont smile in class, they dont interact with students. they re just engaged with the idea that students re meant to fear them re just shi-t. yes some students have their fair share of blame as they want it the easy way, but as regards this topic, this goes out to those bad bele lecturers!!

We are all once a student; we know the category of students who thrive in such bastard act. No serious student with good grade can indulge in this inordinate act.

This is always carried out by those students who are looking for irrelevant excuses to corroborate their failures.

Engineering guys no dey carry last, same thing happened in UNN around 2010 or 2011 the students who know they were not graduating burnt the Electrical Engineering department to ground zero. Whether you burn it or not, if u are not graduating u already know no two ways about it.

Such a shame the few hard working students will suffer the fate of these miscreants.
Until the school changes it's admission policy of admitting low grades and rejects, this barbarism won't stop.
In the meantime if you believe you have a future DO NOT opt for schools like these.

The state must investigate this arson. The culprits should face justice and consequence of their action.
Should everyone suffer for the crime of a few, this ugly incident will definitely replicate itself in future.
