So, you have to serve in order to be eligible to get the Discharge Certificate, as long as you are under 30 as at the time of graduation.

q .1) no, you can't it get immediately. nysc will tell you when ur call up letter is available for printing if you pay 3000 or available for collection at ur sch if you didn't pay .
q.2) call up letter will be composed of your poster.
