My sister gave an self proclaimed eng. at Alaba int. her IT1503 to change the touch calibrator, got home after fixing it. she used it for just one hour and the phone went off, she tried to charge it but it was burning up so she unplugged it.
went back to the eng. He denied all faults. later, he made it come on after loosing the phone, now the calibrator he changed 3 days back doesn't work anymore. He changed it again, at trying to assemble the phone, we noticed it turns WHITE when on, so we urged him to fix it but later found out he was a quack as different people were on his neck.
we left him as we noticed he couldn't fix it and the Authorities there were very partial about all the allegations against him, so we all lost the case.
we left.
now the screen comes on for few seconds and goes off. I have to keep the phone off for hours before it will come on and last for seconds.

what could be the cause of this, so I'll know what to tell the eng. I'm to meet?

good day all, I have itel 1503,the issue with it is that it had screen problem,and during that period, apps will disappear and pictures too ,battery will drain without me using the phone, but as soon as I changed the screen, everything became normal, I have also rooted it.my question is this, is it possible that the problems will still come back, or is the phone restored cause of the screen now?

Itel phones are horrible and I can bet you that. I don't know why NCC hasn't banned the phone from Nigeria. Some idiot dropped the phone where I was charging it and the screen cracked. It pained me Coa Carl care said its 4500 to change it. I didn't bother. I just bought a screen glass and placed on it. How much does the phone cost that I have to spend that much to repair it.

Please what do I do I set the display time for tge screen to go off after 15 seconds but it onky goes dim instead and it just remains on throughout. What do I do?
